Delete from within the app
This is the quickest way and removes your data immediately.
- Open Stoutlands and go to Profile Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Type delete account to confirm.
Your account and all associated data are deleted straight away. This cannot be undone.
If you no longer have the app
Email us at privacy@stoutlands.app from the address on your account (or include your username) and ask us to delete your data. We will action your request and confirm within 30 days.
Deleting some data without closing your account
You can delete any individual pint post — including its photos — from the app at any time, and clear your saved notification areas in settings. To request deletion of anything else without closing your account, email privacy@stoutlands.app and we will action it within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Deletion is permanent and removes your profile, your pint posts (reviews, ratings, photos and comments) and all other data associated with your account. Some data may persist in routine backups for a prescribed period before it is also deleted.
